For more than a decade, Timeless and Jupiter Research have worked side by side to turn brand vision into hardware reality. As one of Jupiter’s earliest partners, Timeless has collaborated with our team to design and scale devices that deliver consistent Timeless experiences in every market.
When it came time to evolve that experience into a new device format, they looked to their vape hardware partner Jupiter to help protect what made the brand iconic while pushing the technology forward.
Collaboration Meets Craft
The collaboration was described as “seamless” by Shawn Williams, Timeless Chief Operating Officer. “From early concepts to final production, the process felt collaborative and solution-oriented,” Williams shared. “Jupiter listened to our vision, challenged us with thoughtful input, and helped refine the product so both design integrity and performance standards were met.”

- Durability for real-world use: a sleek, palm-sized device engineered for everyday carry, with materials and internal architecture selected for reliability, consistency, and a premium in-hand feel.
The New Shape of Vape
The Timeless T Series is a palm-style all-in-one device with a 1-gram and 2-gram version T1/T2, built to meet new market demand while staying grounded in the design language that Timeless has spent a decade creating. It extends the Flip Case universe into a compact, rechargeable device that protects the mouthpiece, supports Timeless’ terpene-rich formulations, and fits naturally into their existing lineup.
Early feedback from consumers and retail partners underscores the impact. The T Series is winning over loyal Timeless fans while introducing the brand to new audiences in the fast-growing AIO category. For Jupiter, it is a clear example of what happens when hardware engineering is built around a brand’s DNA, instead of shoehorning a brand into a platform or device — there is no ‘one size fits all’ in cannabis.
