CCELL® Fixtures

Specific per device / cartridge, the CCELL® Fixtures are what align the reservoirs and their mouthpieces for filling & capping.

*Note that fixtures for All-in-ones will only consist of a Baseboard (4) and a Positioning Plate (3).

Snap-fit Foam Trays

Snap-fit devices & cartridges will come conveniently pre-racked in 5 x 10 foam trays that are separated by their reservoirs and mouthpieces for ease of filling & capping.

How to use the Arbor Press

Learn how to assemble the fixture to get started filling & capping your devices / cartridges. Check with your supplier to see if new products require any additional adapter pieces.

1. Place the foam tray onto the Baseboard.

2. Place the Positioning Plate over the foam tray for filling.

3. Fill reservoirs with oil.

5. Place the Deflector over the pre-racked foam tray.

6. Put the mouthpiece foam tray onto the Deflector.

1. Place the Glandplate ontop of the mouthpiece foam tray.

2. Slide the Fixture into the Arbor Press until it's against the rails.

3. Pull down the press arm until the mouthpieces are fully seated.
