Senior Technical Account Manager

Apply strong technical expertise, critical thinking, and customer management skills to support customer product development, ongoing maintenance, and technical issue resolution at Jupiter Research. Working closely with Sales Account Managers, this role will lead customer complaint investigations, support new product development verification, conduct on-site process evaluations, and provide internal and external technical guidance.
