Filling & Capping Instructions

Learn how to fill and cap your Klik Dispenser by following the steps below.

Filling the Dispenser

Insert the syringe blunt tip needle into the open end of the Klik dispenser. With the dispenser held upright, fill the dispenser with up to a measured 1.5mL of oil.

Note: The syringe and needle may need to be warmed to improve fluid flow.

Use a short blunt tipped needle (≤14ga.)

Capping the Dispenser Tip

After filling, insert and press-fit the dispensing tip until it is fully seated. Mechanical assistance, such as an arbor press or channel lock pliers, are required to fully seat the mouthpiece.

Do not use a hammer or mallet.

Adjusting the Oil Level

If the dispenser is filled with less than 1.5mL, turn the dial until the top of the liquid is at the Max Fill Line.

Capping the Klik

Install the cap once oil level is at desired height.

When cleaning the outer wall of the dispenser, use <75% isopropyl alcohol to avoid fogging.

Insert the syringe blunt tip needle (14 ga. or smaller) into the open end of the Klik dispenser. With the dispenser held upright, fill the disenser with up to a measured 1.5mL of oil.

Note: The syringe and needle may need to be warmed to improve fluid flow.

Do not fill above the top of the main reservoir.

Capping the Dispenser Tip

After filling, insert and press-fit the dispensing tip until it is fully seated. Mechanical assistance, such as an arbor press or channel lock pliers, are required to fully seat the mouthpiece.

Note: The syringe and needle may need to be warmed to improve fluid flow.

Do not overfill or allow oil to enter the center airway.

Adjusting the Oil Level

If the dispenser is filled with less than 1.5mL, turn the dial until the top of the liquid is at the Max Fill Line.

Capping the Klik

Install the cap once oil level is at desired height.

When cleaning the outer wall of the dispenser, use <75% isopropyl alcohol to avoid fogging.
