Search Tips

Concept Matching
The search engine works by attempting to analyze the concept expressed by your query and matching against concepts expressed in JupiterResearch reports. A report is considered a good match if the concepts matched closely even if the terms did not. For example, if you query for "striped felines," you might get a document about "tabby cats". The concept matches but exact terms are different.

Phrases and Proximity
Enclose search terms in quotation marks to specify that those words must occur in close proximity in a document for it to be considered highly relevant.

Number of Search Terms and Number of Results
Increasing the number of search terms will increase the number of search results. The search engine will return documents matching not only each specific term, but also documents that it calculates as relevant to the concept defined by the combination of the terms.
