Ipsos-Insight


In this survey effort, JupiterResearch worked with its research partner, Ipsos-Insight, on the technical tasks of survey fielding, sample building, balancing, and data processing. Ipsos-Insight is a member of the Ipsos Group, the second largest survey-based market research company in the world, and maintains an online panel of two million US-based Internet users, reflecting an accurate, balanced representation of Internet-enabled Americans. Panel-based market research enables researchers to have baseline knowledge of each survey respondent, to increase survey participation rates, and to permit careful rationing of survey fielding to reduce survey burnout.

Ipsos-Reid


Jupiter works with Ipsos-Reid to field the surveys that Jupiter analysts design and use to develop their insights on the European online marketplace.

Jupiter utilizes Ipsos-Reid’s European consumer panels and omnibus survey instruments to conduct research in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, and Norway. Ipsos-Reid has capabilities in 80 countries, a network of over 2,000 full-time researchers, and extensive lines of analytical techniques and data collection resources. Their specialty is to provide clients with sound strategic and tactical analysis based on rigorous primary research initiatives. The tools they use to do this include customized Internet panels, disaggregate discrete choice modeling analysis, integrated database/survey tools, and shopping information.

Jupiter works with e-Rewards to field the surveys that Jupiter analysts design and use to develop their insights on the behaviors and buying patterns of affluent consumers and business decision-makers.

e-Rewards, an invitation-only e-mail rewards program, pays members for reading and reacting to e-mail.
